Not 100% sure why strava thinks my first ride was partly submarinous but here we are. (Submarinous isn’t a word, apparently, but whatever)
Saddle sore: to be expected
Weirdly half decent cardio vascular performance, I wasn’t really out of puff, my legs felt okay after they were warmed up, but the saddle sore was pretty bad by the end. All in all, encouraging. This was just a training session rather than a race.
