In classic Rich fashion I hadn’t done the things Zwift recommends you do in order. I’ve already done a workout, but only realized today there was a sort of onboarding. I wasn’t feeling my best thanks to Uncle Abe, so decided I wanted to do something a little light and as it turns out the ‘first’ workout they show you is exactly that.
Again wore 2 cycle shorts, that really seems to be working for me right now. I wonder if, after things toughen up a little down there, whether I’ll drop down to one.
Felt decent at the end of this all being told, and realized I had some energy left in me so decided to do another short session.
