After deciding I had a little more in my legs from the previous training session, I looked for a short 10-15 minute ride to get me above 30 mins for the day.
This, not being a training session, nor a race, meant I was racing against myself essentially. So I had no idea how hard I should (or even could) go. By the end I was legit out of puff and massively sweaty (again: need a fan) but after laying on the floor a bit I felt pretty good after.
Had an issue with the right pedal between the two sessions which I fixed but I could easily have made it an excuse to not do the extra ride, so I’m both proud of myself for doing a second ride and doubly so for doing it after a bit of a minor technical hiccup.
