Holy. Shit. This absolutely murdered me.
I think it might be the fact that it asked me to have a cadence of 95rpm for the first 3 minutes whilst doing really quite low Watts. This meant I was getting zero resistance from the machine which meant my legs were going nuts.
And that was just the warmup.
I definitely want to do this again when I’ve got some of my fitness back as even though I ‘finished’ it insofar as I got over the line, I missed getting a few ‘stars’ for some of the segments because I was just toast.
It’s clear I need to work on my cadence, I’m much happier sitting at around 80rpm.
And, I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this yet, but I really need a fan.
